Tomorrow

It has been a year since the fall of Daimon and fortunately, Augustus was not another dictator. In fact, he is one of the best leaders you would ever know. He hired our uncle to be the manufacturer of our technology, now every house has similar machines that provide clothing and food. Now there is no policy that makes us look the same, and we can be individuals. I finally got a chance to be the real me, not the girl that hated the world and was very depressed, but the girl who loves her life and enjoys the gift of life. But don’t think that I lost my sarcastic personality; I know I sound really cheesy but I can’t help it because the love in my life made me change slightly.

I feel sorry for my dad because he still misses our mom, but Chloe and I know that even though she was a cruel woman, she’s now in a better place. He’s now working as an architect designing new houses to replace Cumbria’s ugly apartment buildings. The Komodo Panthers became our national animal, and they still live in the dome where they eat grass. Chloe met a  guy on her senior year at the university fair named Daniel. He’s a blonde guy with beautiful blue eyes; he’s  a little too mature for Chloe since he’s 24 but they make a lovely couple; there is a great future awaiting for them. Chloe is going to study arts in the University of Cumbria, and she has made some awesome work located at the local museum.

As for me and Aiden, we are still together and we still love each other with the same passion we had since we met. He finished his senior year, and now he’s studying science with my uncle as his mentor. We use the word “forever” as our code. It is the word that makes us feel that we will always be together, even if death breaks us apart. And me… I am thinking of becoming a writer because it is my passion, I like choosing the right words to express my thoughts without them coming from my mouth, they are coming from my heart. I know I’m going to sound cheesy, but I think that if you want to have happiness in your life, you need to do what you want, not what people tell you to do.
